All scouts must complete BSA Medical Forms A, B, and C before attending camp.
The deadline to submit these forms to Troop 4 is June 16, 2025.
Forms will not be accepted after June 16. If not submitted on time, scouts will need to turn in their forms directly at camp. There are no exceptions.
Important Details:

Do not request to email or text the forms. We cannot print them, and it is against BSA policy to store or transfer this information digitally.
Most medical facilities can make copies for you.

EMERGENCY ALERT TEXT
The emergency text alert messaging system will be operational again this summer. This service is provided by Heart of America Council. Troop 4 leadership has no control over this service. Subscribers of this free service will be sent severe weather or camp emergency updates to their mobile phone. Click here to register.
$ MONEY $
Scouts can buy things at the trading post (candy, drinks, chips, etc) and will need to pay for any additional fees for certain merit badges and outposts (we will get a list to you closer to camp). It's a good idea to spread out their spending so scouts don't spend all their money at once on day 1 (it has been known to happen!). Please only send a few dollars, there is no need for large amounts of cash at camp. If campers would like to buy items like shirts/water bottle they can do so on Family Day or on the last day of camp when parents are there.
MAIL CALL!
Scouts really enjoy our daily mail-call. You can send your scout mail through the Post Office or you can give Melissa Manie any mail at the start of camp and she will pass out during mail call. Please make sure your campers name is on all mail as well as what day it should be handed out (day 1, day 2, etc).
If sending via USPS please us the following format:
